This warranty applies to LEANKO-M.I.K.E products purchased within Greece, provided that the original invoice or proof of purchase is presented within the warranty period, clearly indicating the date of purchase, the product and/or the product model. Leanko-M.I.K.E may refuse free repair during the warranty period if the aforementioned documents are not presented, or if the date of purchase and the product model cannot be determined from them.
LEANKO-M.I.K.E, upon receiving notification of a defective product covered by this warranty and confirming the existence of a defect, will repair or replace the product at its discretion with a product of equal or equivalent performance, excluding any further claims. Replacement products (or components) may contain new and/or repaired/remanufactured materials equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
This guarantee is not valid:
For damage or deterioration due to misuse of the product, including but not limited to:
Improper storage, exposure to damp environments or humidity, arbitrary modifications, mishandling, food or liquid intrusion, excessive heat, improper ventilation, overvoltage, excessive or incorrect power supply or input voltage.
Failure to use the product in accordance with LEANKO-M.I.K.E instructions.
Incorrect or inadequate installation and maintenance of the product, as well as damage caused during transit or use in an unsuitable location.
Damage due to external and unforeseen causes such as accidents, lightning, or power grid problems.
